Platform Terms

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Inner Belief website, applications and related Platform features.

The Platform is operated by RTT Lifestyle Coaching LLC, Meydan Free Zone, The Meydan Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, together with relevant affiliated Inner Belief entities involved in Platform operations.

For transactions processed through a different Inner Belief entity, the relevant entity will be identified at checkout, on your transaction confirmation or receipt.

These Terms govern the Platform.

They do not make Inner Belief the provider of independent Practitioner Services. Practitioner Services are supplied by the Practitioner under the separate Practitioner–Client Agreement.

2. Inner Belief's role

Inner Belief operates a marketplace and technology platform through which users may:

• discover or be matched with Practitioners;
• book and manage Sessions;
• communicate;
• conduct remote Sessions;
• make or receive payments;
• access approved content;
• maintain records and account information; and
• use other Platform functionality.

Practitioners are independent professionals.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product or service, Inner Belief does not itself provide the therapy, coaching, hypnotherapy or other Practitioner Services offered by Practitioners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Practitioner Services through the Platform.

You must provide materially accurate account information.

You must not create an account using another person's identity or permit another person to use your personal account without authorisation.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep your login credentials secure.

You must notify Inner Belief promptly if you reasonably believe that:

• your account has been compromised;
• your password or authentication credentials have been disclosed;
• another person has accessed your account without authority; or
• your account is otherwise being misused.

We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain Platform security.

5. Licence to use the Platform

Subject to these Terms, Inner Belief grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You must not, except where applicable law expressly permits:

• copy or materially reproduce the Platform;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain source code;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• use automated means to scrape or collect information without permission;
• introduce malware or malicious code;
• interfere materially with Platform functionality;
• make unauthorised commercial use of the Platform;
• sell, transfer or sublicense your account or access rights; or
• use the Platform unlawfully.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Platform to:

• commit fraud or another unlawful act;
• harass, threaten or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
• impersonate another person;
• publish unlawful or infringing content;
• disclose another person's confidential or sensitive information without authority;
• circumvent payment arrangements;
• compromise security;
• misuse Client or Practitioner information; or
• otherwise create a serious risk to users or the lawful operation of the Platform.

7. Practitioners

Practitioners are required under their separate agreement with Inner Belief to maintain appropriate professional qualifications or Credentials and professional liability or indemnity insurance for the services they offer.

Practitioners remain independently responsible for their professional judgement and service delivery.

Inner Belief may conduct onboarding, verification, safeguarding or quality-assurance activity, but such activity is not a guarantee of any particular Practitioner outcome or a transfer of the Practitioner's professional responsibility to Inner Belief.

8. Practitioner Services

Where you purchase Practitioner Services through the Platform:

• the Practitioner is the provider of those Practitioner Services;
• the Practitioner–Client Agreement governs the professional service;
• Inner Belief facilitates the transaction and Platform experience; and
• additional product-specific, cancellation or consent terms may apply.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers.

The relevant price, currency, recurring-payment arrangement and contracting information will be displayed before purchase or in the applicable transaction information.

Inner Belief may facilitate payment collection and settlement between Clients and Practitioners.

Where applicable, a Platform, marketplace, payment-processing or administrative fee may form part of the transaction economics between Inner Belief and the Practitioner.

10. Refunds, cancellation and consumer rights

Refunds, Session cancellations and rescheduling are governed by:

• the relevant Practitioner–Client Agreement;
• the Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy;
• any applicable Store Policy;
• product-specific terms; and
• mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Digital products and content

Some digital content may be supplied by Inner Belief or another seller identified at checkout.

The seller and applicable terms will be identified before purchase where legally required.

Where a consumer requests immediate supply of digital content during a statutory cancellation period, the Platform may request the express consent and acknowledgement necessary for immediate supply.

12. Platform availability

We will use reasonable efforts to operate the Platform reliably.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may reasonably:

• perform maintenance;
• update features;
• correct defects;
• replace third-party infrastructure;
• modify functionality;
• suspend affected services to address security or legal risks; or
• discontinue a feature.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide appropriate notice of a material change that significantly affects users.

13. Third-party services

The Platform may depend on services supplied by third parties, including payment, hosting, authentication, communications and video providers.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Inner Belief is not responsible for a third party's independent service beyond the extent required by applicable law or Inner Belief's own contractual responsibility to you.

14. Intellectual property

The Platform, Inner Belief materials, software, text, design, trademarks, graphics and other protected content are owned by or licensed to the relevant Inner Belief entity or rights-holder.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

You may use Platform content only as reasonably necessary for your permitted use of the Platform or as otherwise expressly authorised.

15. User content

You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to the Platform.

You grant Inner Belief a limited right to host, store, process, transmit and display that content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

• operate the Platform;
• provide requested functionality;
• deliver it to intended recipients;
• maintain security;
• administer complaints or safeguarding;
• comply with law; and
• exercise other rights expressly described in these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

This does not give Inner Belief ownership of your underlying content.

16. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide suggestions about Platform functionality, Inner Belief may use those suggestions to develop or improve the Platform without payment to you.

This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated pre-existing intellectual property.

17. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Inner Belief Privacy Policy.

Because the Platform may process sensitive health or wellbeing information, you should review that Policy carefully.

18. Recording and session information

Where the Platform offers Session recording, recording will only take place through the applicable consent and notice process.

A Client may decline recording where the Platform provides that option.

Recording, transcription, AI-assisted summaries and professional records are handled in accordance with the Practitioner–Client Agreement, Practitioner Agreement and Privacy Policy.

19. Safety

Inner Belief is not an emergency service.

If you are in immediate danger or believe another person may be in immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency or crisis service in your location.

Platform safety tools do not guarantee that every risk will be identified or reviewed immediately.

20. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to:

• protect a person from potential harm;
• investigate serious misconduct;
• address fraud or security compromise;
• respond to unlawful activity;
• protect Client information;
• comply with law or a competent authority; or
• enforce these Terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason.

You may stop using the Platform at any time, subject to outstanding bookings, transactions and obligations already incurred.

21. Disclaimers

Inner Belief does not guarantee:

• that a particular Practitioner will be available;
• a minimum number of available Practitioners;
• a particular therapeutic, coaching or personal outcome;
• uninterrupted Platform availability; or
• that every Practitioner is suitable for every Client.

Nothing in these Terms excludes duties Inner Belief owes under mandatory law in relation to the Platform services it itself provides.

22. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Subject to the above, Inner Belief is responsible for foreseeable loss directly resulting from its breach of these Terms or failure to exercise legally required care in providing the Platform.

Inner Belief is not responsible for loss caused solely by:

• a Practitioner's independent professional acts or omissions;
• information supplied inaccurately by a user;
• misuse of the Platform;
• circumstances outside Inner Belief's reasonable control; or
• a third-party service failure outside Inner Belief's reasonable control,

except to the extent applicable law makes Inner Belief independently responsible.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's mandatory statutory remedies.

23. Business users

If you use the Platform in the course of a business or profession, additional terms applicable to your business or Practitioner relationship may apply.

To the extent permitted by law, Inner Belief will not be liable to a business user for indirect or consequential loss or loss of anticipated profit, revenue or opportunity arising solely from Platform use.

Any specific liability allocation in a separate written agreement between Inner Belief and that business user takes precedence over this clause.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect:

• changes in law;
• security requirements;
• Platform changes;
• new functionality; or
• reasonable changes to our operating model.

Where a change materially affects an existing contractual right, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances.

Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.

25. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections applicable to you under the law of your country of residence.

Subject to mandatory law, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

26. General

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right.

These Terms do not create a partnership, employment relationship or general agency between you and Inner Belief.

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them except where expressly stated or mandatory law provides otherwise.
